Stephanie Borg
Stephanie Borg is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over 18 years of expertise across multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services. Her career has been defined by a commitment to aligning HR strategy with business goals while fostering a culture of engagement, development, and operational excellence. In her most recent role within the pharmaceutical industry, Stephanie acted as a Business Partner to several divisions, with a strategic focus on organizational development, employee relations, and talent management. She partnered closely with leadership to implement forward-thinking HR solutions, support workforce planning, and drive initiatives in areas such as succession planning, restructuring, and performance management. Previously, Stephanie held HR leadership positions in the hospitality and manufacturing sectors, where she played a key role in recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and compliance with employment legislation. Her early career in the financial services industry provided a strong foundation in HR operations, payroll, and training management. Throughout her career, Stephanie has successfully managed a wide range of HR projects, each contributing to her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the importance of adaptable, people-centred solutions. Her ability to navigate challenges and deliver results has made her a trusted advisor to senior management and a valued partner across all levels of the organization. Stephanie holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester and an Award (MQF Level 7 ) in Coaching and Mentoring. She is also trained in leadership, employment law, and training design. With a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, Stephanie is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to any organization seeking to elevate its HR function.

Elaine Dutton
Elaine Dutton (PhD) is a Warranted Psychologist, Strategic HR advisor, Leadership Trainer and Coach. She is the founder of The Change Agent, a consultancy firm aimed at inspiring, advising and empowering individuals and organisations to successfully navigate through change, and Fractional HR Malta Following a five-year period consulting in the public health and educational sectors, Elaine embarked on her HR career in 2011 taking on several senior management positions in the Technology, Manufacturing, Telecoms, i-Gaming and Financial Services industries. Borrowing from a rich background in Psychology, she often provided counsel to senior leadership teams and business owners supporting a wide array of projects, from accelerated business growth to Company downsizing, take-over and closure. Having gained a sharp commercial acumen through her in-house HR experiences, in 2020 Elaine forked her career into business consulting, assisting senior leadership teams on their people strategy, carrying out 360 reviews for top management executives, as well as training and coaching leaders at all levels. Not one to sit still, Elaine enjoys taking on board challenging projects that can bring long-term change to organisation. She often takes on a fractional Chief People Officer role for small-to-medium enterprises to help them scale effectively. She is currently involved in projects that combine her HR and Psychology background, advising the senior leadership team to strengthen or re-structure their organogram, implement processes to identify and retain high-potential employees and assist management teams to scale their leadership acumen by offering individual coaching or leadership training. Elaine achieved her PhD in Health Psychology from the University of Brunel (Lond) in 2017 following her MSc from UCL (Lond) in 2006. Her academic formation lends itself to her coaching role as it offers a wide toolkit to explore deep-seated issues that hinder employees and top executives from achieving personal and professional success. In the last two years Elaine has also expanded her leadership coaching toolkit with certifications to administer, interpret and coach leaders using the Leadership Circle Profile™ and the Hogan Personality Inventory™.
